How exciting.
Despite living super far away (I'm Brazilian) we have many things in common, I love chick lit and chocolate (and yes, they go straight to my thighs), and currently also working on a freelance writing and doing graphic design. Oh, fun! Here's one thing I found that we had in common. You said, "Often dreaming of seeing my picture on the back of a book someday, I began writing and illustrating my own stories and poems at six years old, followed by my first chapter book written in third grade." I started writing my own books in second grade, and although I don't want to write a book, I studied journalism in college and have been writing as a career as an adult! It all starts from a young age :)
