September Giveaway! Yay!

I've been wanting to run another giveaway on my blog for a longggggg time now. My summer was pretty crazy, and now that things are settling down, I thought this would be the perfect time! So, here are the details:

How can you enter?
Since the Lipstick Laws are a set of rules that are followed in my book, you can enter this giveaway by leaving a comment below explaining a Lipstick Law that you'd create and abide by....be as crazy and funny with your answer as you'd like!
